At SLAYNOW, we aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To ensure speed and reliability, orders are processed through our automated order processing system immediately after they are successfully confirmed.

CANCELLATION AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, even if the cancellation request is made within a few minutes of placing the order.

Our automated system begins processing confirmed orders immediately, which may include order verification, inventory allocation, picking, packing, and preparation for dispatch. Due to this automated process, we are unable to manually stop or cancel an order once it has been confirmed.

We therefore request customers to carefully verify their products, sizes, quantities, delivery address, contact information, and payment details before completing their purchase.

CHANGE OF MIND

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, once an order has been confirmed, cancellation due to a change of mind cannot be accommodated.

If you no longer wish to keep an eligible product after receiving it, you may submit a return or exchange request in accordance with the applicable SLAYNOW Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Any applicable return, reverse logistics, shipping, or other charges will be governed by the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

ADDRESS OR ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has entered our automated processing system, changes to the product, size, quantity, delivery address, or other order details may not be possible.

Customers may contact SLAYNOW Customer Support as soon as possible. Our team will make reasonable efforts to assist where operationally possible; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been confirmed or processed.

EXCEPTIONAL CANCELLATIONS BY SLAYNOW

In certain circumstances, SLAYNOW / SHEIN STYLE STORE INC. may cancel an order due to reasons including:

  • Product being out of stock or unavailable.

  • Payment verification issues.

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Delivery location being unserviceable.

  • Warehouse or logistics-related issues.

  • Government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If SLAYNOW cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund terms and applicable law.
