At SLAYNOW, selected premium styles are sourced and imported from international markets specifically based on customer demand. Instead of maintaining unnecessary bulk inventory, we source selected products against confirmed Pre-Orders / Pre-Bookings.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing a Pre-Order.

💭 WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER / PRE-BOOKING MEAN?

A product marked "Pre-Order" or "Pre-Book" is not necessarily available for immediate dispatch from our Indian warehouse.

When you place a Pre-Order, you reserve the selected product in advance. After receiving confirmed customer bookings, SLAYNOW / SHEIN STYLE STORE INC. initiates or completes the sourcing/import process for the booked products.

Pre-Order products may therefore have a longer delivery timeline than our regular in-stock products.

🌍 INTERNATIONALLY SOURCED PREMIUM STYLES

Selected SLAYNOW Premium Styles are sourced/imported from international markets into India.

Because these products involve international sourcing and logistics, the process may include:

International supplier processing
Product sourcing and allocation
International transportation
Import/customs processing, where applicable
Arrival at our Indian warehouse
Quality checks and order processing
Final dispatch to the customer's delivery address

For this reason, Pre-Order products cannot be treated as regular ready-to-dispatch inventory.

🌱 WHY WE DON'T MAINTAIN BULK STOCK

At SLAYNOW, we aim to follow a more demand-based sourcing approach for selected premium collections.

Rather than importing or stocking large quantities of products that may remain unsold, we may source selected styles primarily against confirmed customer bookings.

This approach helps us:

Reduce unnecessary overstocking
Reduce product and packaging waste
Better understand genuine customer demand
Source quantities closer to actual requirements
Introduce a wider selection of international styles
Operate with a more responsible inventory model

In simple terms: we aim to source what our customers actually want rather than unnecessarily maintaining large quantities of every style.

💳 PRE-BOOKING AMOUNT

Selected Pre-Order products may be reserved by paying a minimum Pre-Booking Amount, generally ranging from:

₹199 to ₹399

The exact booking amount depends on the individual product and will be displayed or communicated at the time of booking.

The Pre-Booking Amount helps us confirm genuine demand and reserve/source the selected product for the customer.

The remaining product amount, where applicable, must be paid according to the payment option and terms communicated at checkout or before dispatch/delivery.

⏳ ESTIMATED SOURCING & DELIVERY TIMELINE

Internationally sourced Pre-Order products generally take approximately 10–12 days to arrive in India / at our warehouse, depending on the product, supplier, shipment, and import process.

Including final processing and domestic delivery to the customer's address, customers should generally allow approximately:

Up to 15 days for delivery

The estimated timeline starts from successful confirmation of the Pre-Order/Pre-Booking.

For example:

Pre-Order Confirmed → International Sourcing → Import to India → Warehouse Processing → Customer Dispatch → Delivery

Please note that 10–12 days and 15 days are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.

✈️ POSSIBLE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELAYS

Since Pre-Order products may be sourced internationally, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside SLAYNOW's reasonable control, including:

International transportation delays
Customs/import clearance
Supplier processing delays
Flight or cargo delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Government or regulatory requirements
Logistics partner delays
High-demand periods
Warehouse operational interruptions
Other unforeseen circumstances

If there is a material delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update using the contact information associated with your order.

❌ PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once a Pre-Order/Pre-Booking has been successfully confirmed and sourcing or procurement has commenced specifically against that booking, cancellation may not be available merely due to a change of mind.

Customers should therefore carefully check the product, size, colour, delivery address, and other order details before confirming a Pre-Order.

Any cancellation rights required under applicable law will continue to apply.

💰 PRE-BOOKING AMOUNT & REFUNDS

The applicable refundability of a Pre-Booking Amount will be communicated at the time of booking and will be subject to this policy and applicable law.

Where the product has already been specifically sourced, reserved, or procurement has commenced against the customer's confirmed Pre-Order, any applicable non-refundable booking terms disclosed at checkout may apply.

However, if SLAYNOW is unable to source or fulfil the ordered product, the customer will be offered an appropriate resolution, such as an eligible refund, wallet credit, alternative product, or other option in accordance with applicable policies and law.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES AFTER DELIVERY

Once a Pre-Order product has been successfully delivered, its return or exchange eligibility will be governed by the applicable SLAYNOW Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and any product-specific conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

Customers must submit any eligible return or exchange request within the applicable return window.

📦 MIXED ORDERS

If an order contains both In-Stock and Pre-Order products, the products may be dispatched separately depending on availability and operational feasibility.

Alternatively, the complete order may be dispatched once the Pre-Order product becomes available.

Any additional shipping arrangements or applicable charges will be communicated where necessary.

📬 ORDER UPDATES

We aim to keep customers informed throughout the Pre-Order process.

Depending on the order and available communication channels, customers may receive:

✔ Pre-Order confirmation
✔ Payment/booking confirmation
✔ Important delay or sourcing updates
✔ Dispatch confirmation
✔ Tracking details after shipment

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information while placing their order.

Selected SLAYNOW Premium Styles are sourced/imported internationally.
Pre-Order products may not be physically available in our Indian warehouse when the booking is placed.
International stock arrival generally takes approximately 10–12 days.
Total estimated delivery time may be approximately up to 15 days, including delivery to the customer's address.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to international logistics, customs, supplier, warehouse, or courier-related circumstances.
Selected products may require a ₹199–₹399 Pre-Booking Amount, depending on the product.
We may source quantities according to confirmed customer bookings instead of maintaining unnecessary bulk inventory.
Customers should place Pre-Orders only after reviewing the longer estimated delivery timeline and applicable booking conditions.
Product-specific Pre-Order information displayed on the product page or at checkout forms part of the applicable terms.
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
