SAME-DAY DELIVERY POLICY – DELHI/NCR

At SLAYNOW, we understand that sometimes you want your order delivered as quickly as possible. To provide customers with a faster and more convenient shopping experience, we offer Same-Day Delivery across selected serviceable locations in Delhi/NCR through independent third-party delivery and logistics partners.

Same-Day Delivery availability, delivery time, and delivery charges are subject to the availability, serviceability, and pricing of the third-party delivery partner at the time the order is processed.

1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Same-Day Delivery is available only for selected serviceable PIN codes and locations within Delhi/NCR.
Coverage may include eligible locations in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad, depending on third-party delivery partner availability.
Availability is subject to stock availability, order processing capacity, delivery distance, third-party logistics coverage, and operational feasibility.
Entering an address within Delhi/NCR does not automatically guarantee Same-Day Delivery.
Same-Day Delivery eligibility may be displayed at checkout or confirmed by the SLAYNOW support team.

2. ORDER PROCESSING HOURS

Same-Day Delivery orders are generally processed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed during operating hours may qualify for Same-Day Delivery, subject to stock and delivery partner availability.
Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time may be processed on the next working day.
Orders placed on Sundays or applicable public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
During periods of high order volume, SLAYNOW may introduce an earlier Same-Day Delivery cut-off time.

Acceptance of an order does not by itself guarantee Same-Day Delivery.

3. THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY PARTNERS

SLAYNOW uses independent third-party delivery/logistics applications and service providers to facilitate Same-Day Delivery.

The assigned delivery partner may vary depending on:

Customer location and PIN code
Distance from the dispatch location
Availability of delivery partners
Package size and weight
Traffic and weather conditions
Demand or peak-hour pricing
Third-party platform availability
Other operational factors

SHEIN STYLE STORE INC. / SLAYNOW does not directly control the pricing, rider availability, route selection, or operational functioning of independent third-party delivery platforms.

4. SAME-DAY DELIVERY CHARGES

Same-Day Delivery is a premium/expedited delivery service and additional delivery charges may apply.

There is no fixed Same-Day Delivery charge unless specifically displayed or communicated to the customer.

The delivery fee may be calculated based on the actual or estimated cost quoted by the applicable third-party delivery/logistics platform at the time of booking.

Accordingly, Same-Day Delivery charges may vary depending on:

Delivery distance
Customer location
Time of booking
Traffic conditions
Rider availability
Demand or surge pricing
Package dimensions and weight
Third-party platform charges
Taxes or other applicable charges

The applicable Same-Day Delivery charge will be displayed or communicated to the customer before the expedited delivery is confirmed wherever reasonably possible.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE DELIVERY CHARGES

Once the order has been dispatched or a third-party delivery partner has been successfully booked, the Same-Day Delivery/logistics charge is generally non-refundable, including where the customer subsequently requests a return or exchange, subject to applicable law.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect/incomplete address, customer unavailability, incorrect contact details, refusal to accept the parcel, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, any additional re-delivery charges imposed by the third-party delivery partner may be payable by the customer.

6. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Same-Day Delivery means that SLAYNOW will make reasonable efforts to have an eligible order delivered on the same working day.

However, Same-Day Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including:

Heavy traffic
Adverse weather
Road closures
Vehicle breakdown
Rider unavailability
High order volume
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Customer unavailability
Third-party application/server issues
Government restrictions
Public events or demonstrations
Natural disasters
Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of SLAYNOW

Where possible, our team or the relevant delivery partner may communicate significant delays to the customer.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR SAME-DAY ORDERS

Products delivered through Same-Day Delivery remain subject to the applicable SLAYNOW Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Customers should raise their return or exchange request within the applicable return/exchange period.

The original Same-Day Delivery charge is separate from the product value and is generally non-refundable after dispatch.

Expedited Return or Exchange Pickup

If a customer specifically requests an urgent/expedited return pickup or exchange delivery through a third-party delivery application, additional logistics charges may apply.

Instead of a fixed service fee, the customer may be required to pay the actual third-party delivery/logistics cost applicable at the time of booking.

The amount can vary based on distance, location, demand, rider availability, traffic, package specifications, and third-party platform pricing.

Customers may alternatively use SLAYNOW's standard return/exchange process, subject to the applicable Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

8. FAILED DELIVERY

Customers opting for Same-Day Delivery are responsible for providing:

A complete and accurate delivery address
Correct PIN code
Correct and active mobile number
Any necessary landmark or delivery instructions
Availability to receive the order

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address/details, refusal to accept delivery, or inability to contact the customer, any charges imposed by the third-party logistics provider for the attempted delivery may be non-refundable.

A fresh delivery attempt may attract an additional delivery charge based on the third-party delivery partner's applicable rate.

9. CANCELLATION OF SAME-DAY DELIVERY ORDERS

Customers should request cancellation before the order is dispatched and before a third-party delivery partner is booked.

If cancellation is requested after the delivery partner has already been assigned/booked or the parcel has been dispatched, any delivery/cancellation charges imposed by the third-party logistics provider may be deducted from the refundable amount or otherwise be payable by the customer, subject to applicable law.

10. DELIVERY PARTNER COMMUNICATION

For successful delivery, the customer's name, contact number, delivery address, and other information reasonably necessary to fulfil the delivery may be shared with the assigned third-party delivery/logistics provider.

Such information will be used for facilitating and completing the delivery and related logistics services, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

11. IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Same-Day Delivery is available only for eligible orders in selected Delhi/NCR locations.
Same-Day Delivery depends on third-party logistics partner serviceability and availability.
Delivery charges are variable and may be based on the third-party delivery application's applicable cost.
Same-Day Delivery charges are generally non-refundable once the order has been dispatched or the delivery partner has been booked.
Same-Day Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside SLAYNOW's reasonable control.
Standard SLAYNOW return, exchange, and refund conditions continue to apply to the product itself.
Additional third-party logistics charges may apply for urgent returns, urgent exchanges, re-delivery, or additional delivery attempts.

12. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR SUSPEND SERVICE

SLAYNOW / SHEIN STYLE STORE INC. reserves the right to modify, restrict, temporarily suspend, or discontinue the Same-Day Delivery service for any location based on logistics availability, operational requirements, serviceability, or other reasonable business considerations.

The availability of Same-Day Delivery for a previous order does not guarantee that the service will be available for future orders at the same location.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
