At SLAYNOW, we aim to process and deliver orders across India as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

🚚 SHIPPING CHARGES

Prepaid Orders

FREE Standard Shipping is available on all eligible prepaid orders across India.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers choosing Partial COD are required to pay a ₹99 Advance COD Fee at the time of placing the order.

The remaining product/order balance is payable at the time of delivery through Cash or UPI/digital payment, where supported by the courier partner.

The ₹99 Advance COD Fee is governed by our Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy and is generally non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processed, subject to applicable law.

📦 ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Regular in-stock orders are generally packed and prepared for dispatch within 48 hours of successful order confirmation.

SLAYNOW generally processes and dispatches orders 7 days a week, including Sundays and most public/bank holidays, subject to:

  • Warehouse operations

  • Product availability

  • Courier partner availability

  • PIN code serviceability

  • Operational conditions

If our warehouse is closed or operations are temporarily suspended due to maintenance, emergencies, government restrictions, operational requirements, unforeseen circumstances, or any other unavoidable reason, order processing and dispatch timelines may be affected or delayed.

Orders will generally resume processing once warehouse operations resume.

🤝 SHIPPING & LOGISTICS PARTNERS

Depending on the customer's location, PIN code, package specifications, and service availability, orders may be shipped through logistics partners such as:

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • DHL

  • Delhivery

  • Other authorized third-party courier/logistics partners, where required

SLAYNOW may select or change the courier partner for an order based on serviceability, delivery performance, operational requirements, and availability.

Customers cannot always select a specific courier partner.

⏳ STANDARD SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

After dispatch, most standard orders are expected to be delivered within approximately:

2–7 Business Days

For most serviceable locations, the typical shipping timeframe is approximately 4–6 business days.

Actual delivery time depends on the destination PIN code, courier partner, local serviceability, weather, operational conditions, and other logistics factors.

⚡ SAME-DAY DELIVERY – DELHI/NCR

SLAYNOW may offer Same-Day Delivery for selected serviceable locations within Delhi/NCR.

Same-Day Delivery is facilitated through independent third-party delivery/logistics partners and is subject to:

  • Customer PIN code and location

  • Product availability

  • Warehouse operations

  • Distance from our dispatch location

  • Rider/delivery partner availability

  • Third-party logistics serviceability

Additional Same-Day Delivery charges may apply and can vary according to the actual or estimated third-party delivery cost at the time of booking.

Same-Day Delivery orders are governed separately by our SLAYNOW Same-Day Delivery Policy – Delhi/NCR.

🌍 PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

The shipping timelines mentioned above apply primarily to regular in-stock products.

Products marked Pre-Order / Pre-Book may have different delivery timelines because selected SLAYNOW Premium Styles are sourced/imported internationally based on confirmed customer bookings.

Internationally sourced Pre-Order products generally take approximately 10–12 days to arrive in India / at our warehouse, with an estimated overall delivery timeline of approximately up to 15 days, including final delivery to the customer's address.

Customers should refer to the applicable SLAYNOW Pre-Order & Pre-Booking Policy and product page for estimated timelines before placing a Pre-Order.

🔎 ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with the customer through available communication channels such as:

  • SMS

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • SLAYNOW website/order tracking page

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.

📞 COURIER DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

  • Full name

  • Mobile number

  • Delivery address

  • PIN code

  • Landmark, where necessary

Courier partners may contact customers directly to complete delivery.

Customers are requested to remain available at the provided delivery address and respond to courier calls/messages when a delivery attempt is being made.

⚠️ INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

SLAYNOW will not be responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

If an order has already been dispatched, modification of the delivery address may not be possible.

Any additional re-delivery or logistics charges resulting from incorrect customer-provided information may be payable by the customer where applicable.

↩️ RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

A shipment may be marked RTO (Return to Origin) and returned to our warehouse if:

  • The customer refuses delivery.

  • The customer cannot be contacted.

  • The customer is repeatedly unavailable.

  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

  • The customer fails to pay the applicable COD balance.

  • The courier is unable to complete delivery after its permitted delivery attempts.

  • The destination becomes temporarily unserviceable.

For Partial COD orders returned due to customer refusal, non-payment, or another customer-attributable reason, the ₹99 Advance COD Fee will generally remain non-refundable, as specified in our Partial COD Policy.

For prepaid RTO orders, applicable shipping/RTO charges may be deducted where permitted under our applicable refund policy and law.

⏱️ POSSIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances including:

  • Heavy rainfall or adverse weather

  • Floods or natural disasters

  • Traffic disruptions

  • Festivals and peak shopping periods

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Remote-area serviceability

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Warehouse operational interruptions

  • Unexpected high order volumes

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Such delays may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.

📌 IMPORTANT SHIPPING TERMS

  • FREE Standard Shipping is available on eligible prepaid orders.

  • Partial COD orders require a ₹99 Advance COD Fee.

  • Regular in-stock orders are generally packed within 48 hours.

  • We generally process orders 7 days a week, including Sundays and most holidays, subject to warehouse and courier operations.

  • Delivery dates shown at checkout or communicated by SLAYNOW are estimated and not guaranteed, unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Courier delays occurring after dispatch may be outside the direct control of SLAYNOW.

  • Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
