Selected SLAYNOW Premium Styles may be sourced/imported from international markets based on confirmed customer demand.

This estimated timeline includes international sourcing/import processing, warehouse processing, dispatch, and final delivery to the customer's address.

Where SLAYNOW cancels an eligible prepaid order, the applicable amount will be processed according to our refund terms and applicable law.

SECTION 6 — ORDER CANCELLATION

SLAYNOW uses an automated order-processing system designed to begin processing confirmed orders quickly.

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, customer-requested cancellation may not be available, even where the cancellation request is made shortly after placing the order.

Our processing may begin immediately and include:

Payment/order verification
Inventory allocation
Picking
Packing
Shipping label generation
Courier allocation
Dispatch preparation

Customers should therefore carefully verify their product, size, colour, quantity, delivery address, contact details, and payment information before completing an order.

Cancellation terms are further governed by the applicable SLAYNOW Order Cancellation Policy, subject always to rights available under applicable law.

SECTION 7 — PAYMENTS

SLAYNOW may offer payment methods including, depending on availability:

Prepaid payment methods
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)
Other supported payment methods

Payment availability may depend on the customer's location, order value, payment provider, product, or other operational factors.

SLAYNOW does not generally directly store complete card credentials where payment information is securely processed by an authorized payment service provider.

SECTION 8 — PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

SLAYNOW may provide Partial Cash on Delivery for eligible orders.

Customers selecting Partial COD are generally required to pay:

The remaining eligible order balance is payable at the time of delivery through Cash, UPI, or another method supported by the courier partner.

The ₹99 Advance COD Fee is generally non-refundable after the order has been confirmed and processed, particularly where:

The customer refuses the parcel;
The customer does not pay the remaining amount;
The customer is unavailable for delivery;
The parcel becomes RTO due to a customer-attributable reason.

Partial COD transactions are governed by the separate SLAYNOW Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy.

SECTION 9 — PRE-BOOKING PAYMENTS

Selected Pre-Order products may require a minimum Pre-Booking Amount, generally between:

The exact amount depends on the applicable product and will be displayed or communicated at the time of booking.

Once a product has been reserved, sourced, procured, or imported specifically against a confirmed Pre-Booking, cancellation or refundability may be restricted according to the applicable Pre-Order & Pre-Booking Policy and applicable law.

SECTION 10 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Eligible prepaid orders may receive FREE Standard Shipping, subject to the terms displayed at checkout and our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Standard in-stock products are generally packed within approximately 48 hours.

Estimated delivery after dispatch may generally range between:

depending on the customer's location, PIN code, courier serviceability, and operational conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

SECTION 11 — SAME-DAY DELIVERY – DELHI/NCR

SLAYNOW may provide Same-Day Delivery for selected eligible locations within Delhi/NCR.

Same-Day Delivery is facilitated through independent third-party delivery/logistics providers.

Applicable delivery charges may be calculated according to the actual or estimated third-party logistics cost at the time of booking.

SECTION 12 — SUNDAYS, HOLIDAYS & WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

SLAYNOW generally processes eligible orders seven days a week, including Sundays and most public/bank holidays, subject to warehouse and logistics operations.

However, if our warehouse is closed or operations are temporarily suspended because of maintenance, emergencies, government restrictions, operational requirements, unforeseen circumstances, or other unavoidable reasons, order processing and delivery may be delayed.

Third-party courier availability may also be limited on certain Sundays or holidays.

SECTION 13 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Eligible SLAYNOW products are subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Our standard eligible return/exchange request window is generally:

The applicable fee may be automatically deducted from the eligible refundable amount.

Where a product is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error attributable to SLAYNOW, applicable return charges may be waived or refunded in accordance with our policy.

SECTION 15 — SLAYNOW WALLET & REFUNDS

For eligible approved returns, the applicable refundable amount may first be credited to the customer's SLAYNOW Wallet after the returned product is received and successfully passes the applicable quality checks.

Once eligible funds are available in the SLAYNOW Wallet, customers may have the option to:

Option 1 — Shop Again

Use the available wallet balance toward another eligible SLAYNOW purchase.

Option 2 — Request Eligible Bank Refund

Submit a request for the eligible wallet amount to be transferred to the customer's provided bank account/payment destination, where available under the applicable Refund Policy.

Eligible bank refunds may take approximately 5–8 business days after successful processing, depending on the banking/payment network.

All refund transactions remain subject to the applicable SLAYNOW Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

SECTION 16 — FINAL SALE PRODUCTS

Products clearly identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Final Sale restrictions do not override customer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to qualifying defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Customers should check the product page and checkout information before completing their purchase.

SECTION 17 — ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing orders or creating accounts.

Courier serviceability issues

Applicable COD, shipping, RTO, or logistics charges may be deducted or treated as non-refundable where disclosed and permitted under applicable policies and law.
