PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

At SLAYNOW, we offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) payment option on eligible orders to provide customers with greater payment flexibility while helping ensure faster and more reliable order processing and deliveries.

By selecting Partial COD at checkout, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. ₹99 ADVANCE COD FEE

Customers selecting Partial COD are required to pay ₹99 in advance at the time of placing the order.

  • The ₹99 amount is charged as an Advance COD / Order Confirmation Fee.

  • The advance payment must be successfully completed before the Partial COD order can be confirmed and processed.

  • The remaining payable amount for the order will be collected at the time of delivery.

2. PAYMENT OF REMAINING BALANCE

After successful payment of the ₹99 Advance COD Fee, the remaining order amount will be payable at the time of delivery.

The remaining balance may be paid through:

  • Cash, subject to courier acceptance; or

  • UPI / Digital Payment, where supported by the assigned courier or delivery partner.

Customers are requested to keep the required payment amount or an available supported payment method ready when accepting the delivery.

3. ₹99 ADVANCE COD FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

The ₹99 Advance COD Fee is non-refundable once the Partial COD order has been successfully confirmed and entered into processing, except where a refund is required under applicable law or the order is cancelled by SLAYNOW before fulfilment for reasons attributable to us.

In particular, the ₹99 Advance COD Fee will not be refunded if:

  • The customer refuses to accept the order.

  • The customer is unavailable to receive the parcel after reasonable delivery attempts.

  • The customer refuses or fails to pay the remaining COD balance.

  • The delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • The parcel is marked RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer refusal or customer-related non-delivery.

  • The customer changes their mind after the order has been confirmed and processed.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

Partial COD orders are confirmed only after the required ₹99 advance payment has been successfully received.

Once payment is confirmed, the order may immediately enter SLAYNOW's order processing system for:

  • Inventory allocation

  • Order verification

  • Picking and packing

  • Shipping label generation

  • Courier allocation

  • Dispatch preparation

Once confirmed, cancellation of the order will be governed by the applicable SLAYNOW Order Cancellation Policy.

5. RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

If a Partial COD order is refused, not accepted, remains unpaid at delivery, or is returned to us as RTO due to reasons attributable to the customer, the ₹99 Advance COD Fee will not be refunded.

Repeated refusal of COD/Partial COD orders, repeated RTOs, or suspected misuse of the COD facility may result in SLAYNOW restricting or disabling COD/Partial COD payment options for future orders associated with the customer, subject to applicable law.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products purchased through Partial COD remain subject to the applicable SLAYNOW Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Payment of the ₹99 Advance COD Fee does not extend or modify the applicable return or exchange window.

Where an eligible product is returned, the refundable product amount will be calculated in accordance with the SLAYNOW Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, including any applicable reverse logistics charges or other disclosed deductions.

The ₹99 Advance COD Fee itself is not included in the refundable product value, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. AVAILABILITY OF PARTIAL COD

Partial COD may not be available for every product, customer, order value, or delivery PIN code.

SLAYNOW / SHEIN STYLE STORE INC. reserves the right to enable, restrict, or disable Partial COD based on reasonable factors such as:

  • Delivery location and PIN code serviceability

  • Order value

  • Product eligibility

  • Courier availability

  • Previous delivery/RTO history associated with orders

  • Operational or fraud-prevention requirements

Availability of Partial COD will generally be indicated during checkout.

8. IMPORTANT TERMS

  • ₹99 must be paid in advance to confirm an eligible Partial COD order.

  • The remaining order balance is payable at delivery.

  • The remaining balance may be paid through Cash or UPI/digital payment where supported by the courier partner.

  • The ₹99 Advance COD Fee is generally non-refundable after order confirmation and processing.

  • Refusing the parcel or failing to pay the remaining balance does not entitle the customer to a refund of the ₹99 Advance COD Fee.

  • Partial COD orders remain subject to SLAYNOW's applicable Cancellation, Shipping, Return, Exchange & Refund policies.

  • Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

WHY WE USE PARTIAL COD

The Partial COD system helps SLAYNOW confirm genuine orders, reduce avoidable RTOs and unsuccessful deliveries, and maintain efficient order processing and logistics operations.

This allows us to continue providing our customers with a convenient COD payment option while maintaining reliable delivery services.
